A sparkling elderflower-infused mead with a bright, floral flavour.
Amongst the many trees that grow here at Mereworth, one tree lends itself particularly well to mead; the elder. With a pinch of champagne yeast added to a blend of honey and Kent water, we slowly ferment our meads for a month. We then infuse elderberry and elderflower for a deeply refreshing mead that’s naturally gluten-free.

Our Meads are supplied in cases of 12 bottles. We love our customers to mix and match bottles to make their own case of meads. Please ensure that you order at least 12 bottles of either this flavour, or mix and match our flavours to suit your palette.
